    8 oz. Curly, Ramen Noodles, dry
    1lb. - 4 oz. Chicken Breast pieces
    1 oz. Vegetable Oil
    8 oz. Yellow Squash, 1/2 moons
    4 oz. Pea Pods, picked
    8 oz. Broccoli, flourettes
    4 oz. Red Pepper, julienned
    8 oz. Carrots, shoestring cut
    16 oz. Sweet and Spicy Sauce (See below)

    Servings Per Recipe: 4

    1. Place curly noodles in simmering water and cook for three minutes and drain.

    2. Saute the chicken in vegetable oil in nonstick saute pan.

    3. When the chicken is almost finished add the vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.

    4. Add the sauce and toss to coat. Simmer for 1 minute. Place noodles on serving platter or bowl and top with stir fry mixture. Serve.

    Sweet and Spicy Sauce

    Ingredients:
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup soy sauce
    1-3/4 cup water
    2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
    1 Tablespoon Chinese Chili with Garlic
    1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
    2 Tablespoons Water

    Directions:

    1. Combine the first six ingredients in a sauce pan and heat to low boil.

    2. Mix corn starch and water and add to boiling mixture, stirring constantly. Bring back to a boil for ten minutes.
