1 pound chicken, boneless & skinless
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 -3 tsp. soy sauce
oil for frying
1/2 - 3/4 cup milk Recipe
Cut chicken in pieces 1 1/2 to 2-inches long and about 1-inch wide. To prepared the batter, in a bowl beat the egg with the soy sauce and milk. Sift the flour, then measure and sift again with the salt and baking power into the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Dip chicken in flour first, then dip into batter.
Add more milk to batter if it seems too thick on chicken.
Fry 365° F. on thermometer in deep fry.
Drain on absorbent paper.
