    Chicken breast, cut in pieces 1 pound
    Ginger paste 2 tablespoons
    Garlic cloves, minced 2
    Lemon juice, fresh 1
    Cashew nuts, chopped fine 3 ounces
    Sesame seeds, toasted and chopped 2 teaspoons
    Chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
    Yogurt 1/4 cup
    Chili peppers, chopped 3
    Madras curry powder 1 teaspoon
    Olive oil 1/4 cup
    Onions, chopped 1/4 cup
    Cream 1/4 cup
    Salt To taste
    Cilantro, chopped 3 tablespoons

    Recipe



    1. Place the chicken in a bowl and add the ginger, garlic and lemon juice and mix well. Set aside for 1 hour.

    2. Put the nuts and sesame seeds in a blender and puree to form a paste. Add the chili powder, yogurt, peppers and curry powder. Mix well and add this to the chicken.

    3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the chicken pieces and sauté on both sides for about 2 minutes.

    Add the cream, cover the pan and let cook on low heat until done. Adjust the seasonings with salt and the cilantro.

    Serve this over rice.

    Serves 4.
