    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C Chicken
    1/2 C Pequin Crushed
    1/2 C Roasted Unsalted Peanuts Crushed
    1 TBL Melted Butter
    Salt & Pepper To Taste

    Recipe



    1. Mix pequin, peanuts and melted butter.
    2. Salt and pepper the chicken with a light even coat.
    3. Cook chicken in 375 degree oven for 20-27 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
    4. Rub chicken with mix.
    5. Place back in oven for 3-7 minutes at 375 degrees.
