SPICY TEXAS CHICKEN

1-1/2 cups medium or hot salsa
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cups hot cooked rice Recipe
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a medium bowl, combine salsa, brown sugar, and mustard. Place chicken breasts in prepared baking pan; pour salsa mixture over the top of the chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice.
