Savoury Giblets

List of Ingredients
2 to 3 lbs giblets/gizzards/livers/hearts (I only used hearts and gizzards)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup dry white wine or apple juice
2 cups water
1 tbsp worster sauce
hot sauce or ground cayenne to taste
2 tsp saltRecipe
Combine everything except meat in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add meat and simmer 2 hours til tender. Serve with rice.
