    Sesame Chicken Kabobs

    Ingredients
    # Five- Eight ounce Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast cut into Strips (4 Strips per Breast)
    # One fourth Cup of Sesame Oil
    # Four Cloves of Garlic, Minced
    # One Tablespoon of Fresh Ginger Peeled & Minced
    # Two Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
    # Two Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
    # Half Cup Sour Cream
    # Salt and Pepper to taste
    # Twenty Nine Inch Skewers

    Breading
    # One Cup of Japanese Bread Crumbs
    # Half Cup of Sesame Seeds
    # Vegetable Oil (For Deep Frying)

    Combine chicken strips, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, Worcestershire and sour cream. Marinate for one hour in refrigerator then skewer chicken. Next, heat your vegetable oil to 350 degrees, while the oil is getting hot mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds and coat the kabobs. Fry the sesame chicken kabob until brown and finish in the oven if needed.

    Mango Salsa

    Ingredients
    # Two Mangos Peeled & Remove Seed, Small Dice
    # Half Red Onion, Small Dice
    # Two Jalapenos Remove Seeds, Minced
    # One Fourth Whole Red Pepper, Small Minced
    # One Teaspoon Chili Powder
    # Two Garlic Cloves, Minced
    # One Fourth Cup Cilantro Leaves, Chopped
    # Two Limes, Juiced
    # Two Tablespoons Olive Oil
    # One Fourth cup of Orange Juice
    # Salt to Taste

    Procedure

    Mix all ingredients and add salt to taste. In a food processor puree half of the mango salsa and bring together.
