    1 chicken breast, skinned and boned
    2 Tbs. corn starch
    3 Tbs. soy sauce
    1 Tbs. sherry
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 Tbs. oil
    1 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
    1/2 LB bean sprouts
    1 bunch green onions
    1 Tbs. slivered fresh ginger root

    Recipe



    1. Slice onions.
    2. Separate white from green parts.
    3. Cut chicken into thin narrow strips.
    4. Combine 1 Tbs. cornstarch, 1 Tbs. soy sauce, and sherry with garlic in dish.
    5. Mix with chicken.
    6. Set aside.
    7. Blend remaining 1 Tbs. cornstarch, remaining 2 Tbs. soy sauce, and 1 cup water.
    8. Set aside.
    9. Heat 1 Tbs. oil in a wok.
    10.Stir fry chicken for one minute.
    11.Remove and set aside.
    12.Heat 2 Tbs. oil in the wok.
    13.Add bean sprouts, white part of onion, and ginger.
    14.Stir fry for 3 minutes.
    15.Return chicken to wok.
    16.Add soy sauce mixture, green onions, and sesame.
    17.Bring to boil, cook till thick.
    18.Serve over noodles or rice.

    Serves 2 - 3
