Stir Fry Chicken

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 chicken breasts, roughly sliced
1 large onion, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons garlic puree
_ teaspoon ground ginger
1 x 400g can pineapple chunks, drained and finely chopped (juice reserved) 3 tablespoons clear honey
Approx. 470g squeezy plastic HEINZ TOMATO KETCHUP
1 tablespoon cornflour
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
Recipe
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or Wok. Stir fry chicken for 5 minutes.
Add onions and garlic until soft - this takes about 10 minutes.
Add ginger, pineapple chunks and honey, stir well. Mix in Heinz Tomato Ketchup.
In a separate bowl, mix cornflour with reserved pineapple juice and stir into cider vinegar, add to other ingredients and return to the heat until thick and glossy – this takes about 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles
