Swiss Turkey Hawaiian

List of Ingredients
1 Pound TURKEY FILETS sliced
As needed vegetable oil
1/8 Teaspoon ginger
1/8 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon white pepper
12 Ounces smoky Swiss cheese grated
1/2 Pound medium egg noodles
1 Cup cottage cheese
1/2 Cup butter softened
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Cup mandarin oranges drained well
1 Cup pineapple chunks drained well
1/4 Cup fresh chives chopped
Recipe
Saute turkey filets in hot oil. Add ginger, garlic powder and white pepper.
Sprinkle cheese over turkey and keep warm.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Drain.
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, butter and honey.
Combine sauce with hot noodles; toss well.
Place warm noodles in center of plate. Shingle warm turkey atop noodles.
Sprinkle oranges and pineapple atop presentation.
Garnish edge of plates with chives.
Serves 4.
