1/4 cup margarine
1 cup instant potato flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
2-3 lbs frying chicken, cut upRecipe
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place margarine in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; melt in oven.
3. In plastic bag, combine potato flakes, garlic salt, seasoned pepper, and seasoning salt.
4. Rinse chicken pieces in cold water; shake in the plastic bag.
5. Place chicken skin-side down in melted margarine.
6. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered, turn chicken.
7. Bake 30 minutes more.
