    2 cups DANNON® Plain Yogurt
    1 oz pkg. dry ranch seasoning mix
    1 1/4 pounds chicken cut into fingers or chunks
    7 cups tortilla chips crushed or processed to equal approx 2 1/2 cup crumbs
    1 cup prepared salsa

    Recipe



    1. Pre–heat oven to 400 degrees F.
    2. Mix together the yogurt and the ranch seasoning mix. Reserve one cup of the yogurt mixture for serving. Take remaining cup yogurt mixture and toss with the chicken chunks or fingers. Roll in tortilla crumbs and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
    3. Serve chicken with the reserved yogurt mixture and salsa.
    Yield: 4 servings
