    3-lb fine ground chicken breast
    5-tbsp salt
    2-lb fine ground pork butt
    1-tsp white pepper
    1-cup chopped onions sautéed in butter
    1-tsp mace
    1-tsp nutmeg
    3-bay leaves
    8-eggs
    1 1/2-tsp thyme
    4-cups chilled scalded milk

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
    To cook, simmer for 20 min
    Broil with butter
