Wishbone Formation Chicken Tenders

2 pound chicken tenders
Marinade
2 cups Bacardi Mixers Margarita
4-ounce Bacardi Rum
Baste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 cup Bacardi Mixers Margarita
1/2 teaspoon Cholula Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantroRecipe
1. Place chicken tenders in a gallon zipper-lock plastic bag.
2. In a bowl, blend together the marinade ingredients. Pour into the bag with the tenders. Seal and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of three hours, or overnight.
3. In a plastic container with an airtight lid, combine the baste ingredients and hold until you cook the tenders.
4. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the tenders on the grill and cook for two minutes on each side. After you flip the tenders, you can baste and cook for an additional two minutes on each side, or until they are cooked throughout. Enjoy with a Bacardi Frozen Margarita (adults of legal drinking age).
