2 Pkgs. Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles
1Tbsp. vegetable oil
¾ lbs. medium-sized cooked shrimp
1¼ cups 1 inch slices of green onions
1 carrot
2 stalks celery
1 handful bean sprouts (Lisa’s precise measurement)
1 lemon (divided)
1 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
. Cook ramen noodles in 3 cups boiling water for 3 minutes; rinse with cold water, drain and set aside. 2. Peel and thinly slice carrot and thinly slice celery stalks. Slice green onions into 1- inch pieces to total 1¼ cups. 3. Rinse bean sprouts under cold water and set aside. 4. Cut lemon in half, juice one half to make 1½ Tbsp. lemon juice, set aside. Cut remaining half into wedges and set aside for garnish. 5. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet or wok, over medium heat; stir-fry shrimp, celery, carrots, and onions for 1-2 minutes. 6. Add cooked noodles, seasonings from the flavor packet, lemon juice and bean sprouts to skillet; toss and heat through. 7. Serve topped with toasted sesame seeds and lemon wedge for garnish. Makes 4 servings.
