STROGANOFF RAMEN STYLE

List of Ingredients
2/3 cup water
2 tablespoons flour
3 ounces beef (lean hamburger will do)
2.5 tablespoons margarine
1 cup canned mushrooms, optional
1 package ramen noodles, flavor package set aside
2 tablespoons sour cream, or more if needed
Recipe
Mix 1/4 cup water with flour. Set aside.
In small saucepan, cook meat with 1/2 tablespoon margarine until meat is no longer pink.
Add mushrooms, if desired.
Add remaining water and contents of reserved beef seasoning packet.
Let simmer 2 minutes.
In separate pan, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Set aside.
Pour flour-water mixture into boiling beef/water/seasoning. Mixture will thicken almost immediately. Be careful.
Add sour cream; stir until mixture is smooth. If too thick, add more sour cream. If too runny, add more flour-water mixture.
Add remaining 2 tablespoons margarine to noodles and stir.
Put noodles on plate and pour mock stroganoff over noodles. Serve.
