c. rice
4 c. coconut milk
½ c. sugar
¾ tsp. salt
6 ripe bananas
Recipe
Pour coconut milk in a deep pot. Pour rice into coconut milk and stir. Bring to a boil. Cover and low-simmer 15 minutes. Add sugar and salt. Continue to simmer for 5 more minutes. Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then into 6-8 pieces. Add to rice. Serve warm or cool.
