List of Ingredients
1/2 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless diced
1/2 lb ham, cubed
1 4 oz. Jar capers
1 8 oz. Can tomato sauce
1 jar jardinière vegetables, drained and chopped
1 small jar green olives
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cups UNCLE BEN'S® CONVERTED® Rice
5 cups chicken stock
Recipe
In a large skillet or Dutch oven heat the oil over med high heat.
Add then chicken and ham and cook 1 minute
Add all remaining ingredients stirring to combine after each addition.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cover, cook 30 minutes or until all liquid has absorbed and rice is tender.
