Risotto Alla Bolognese

List of Ingredients
2 cups Arborio Rice
8 cups Water
2 cups Ground Beef
½ Onion
½ Olive Oil
Carrot
Celery
500 gr Plum Tomatoes
4 pinches Pepper
4 pinches Salt
2 pinches Oregano
2 leaves Basil
2 tblsp Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
Get large pot ready, heat olive oil.
Add chopped onions, carrot, celery and leave to cook for one minute.
Add the rice and cook for another minute.
Pour in plum tomatoes and season with oregano, salt and pepper and then add the basil.
Pour in the water and let cook for 20 minutes.
After add parmesan cheese and serve.
