Risotto with Brick Cheese and Spinach

List of Ingredients
300g rice
1/2 onion chopped
1 bunch spinach
200g brick cheese
4 pinches of salt
2 pinches of pepper
1 teaspoon of butter
Recipe
Heat butter, onion and rice for 5 minutes. Add steamed spinach and 2 glasses of water. Cook for 10 minutes. Season. Add the cheese. As soon as the sauce is reduced, it's ready to serve.
Serves 4.
