    6 cups of white rice
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    3/4 cup of chopped onions
    3/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 cup of shredded carrot
    1 cup barbecue sauce
    1 tablespoon of seasoned salt
    2 tablespoons of egg yellow food coloring

    Recipe



    Once you get all the ingredients together, here's what you do:


    Cook rice
    In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat.
    Add onions, bell pepper and carrots and cook, stirring, for 4-6 minutes, until soft.
    Add sauce, seasoned salt and black pepper
    Add rice and egg yellow food coloring and cook, stirring until all the ingredients are combined and the rice is heated through.
