    Miso Glazed Pork Cutlets

    List of Ingredients




    3 Tbsp Rocco's Flavor 5 Miso Mix
    2 Tbsp Water
    1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp orange marmalade
    4 Pork Cutlets approx 2 1/2 oz. each, pounded thin
    3 cups of cleaned kale
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    Flour for dredging
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Heat two large sauté pans over high heat. Meanwhile whisk together miso mix, water, lemon juice and orange marmalade.

    Dredge pork cutlets in flour and shake off excess. Coat pork cutlets with miso mix.

    Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to each pan and heat until oil is almost smoking.

    Add pork cutlets with miso mix to one pan and cook until charred on one side. Do these one at a time if necessary.

    Add remaining 2 T of oil to the other pan and, when hot, add the kale to the pan; season with salt and pepper and stir quickly.

    Cover with a lid and stir occasionally until wilted.

    Serve charred pork cutlets hot over kale.


    Serves 2.
