    List of Ingredients




    2 hearts Romaine lettuce
    2 bunches spinach
    1/2 head leaf lettuce
    1/2 cup Romano cheese
    1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
    1 cup croutons
    8 oz. pre-cooked bay shrimp
    8 oz. Dungeness crab
    Juice of 2 lemons
    1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbl. Balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil

    Recipe



    Squeeze lemon juice over greens. Season with salt. Sprinkle in grated Romano cheese. You can substitute Parmesan for the Romano cheese. Add shrimp and crab. Add Worcestershire sauce, Balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Toss well and top with croutons.

    Serves 6-8.
