    Makes 2-4 Servings

    List of Ingredients




    3 Anchovies
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground garlic
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp.liquid egg yolk
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    10 romaine leaves
    1/2 fresh lemon
    12-14 croutons
    1/8 tsp. fresh black pepper
    3 tablespoons Romano cheese

    Recipe



    . In wooden bowl start with pepper, add dry mustard, garlic and anchovies.


    2. Mash into paste.


    3. Mix in Worcestershire


    4. Add Egg Yolk, you can substitute 1 egg yolk.


    5. Add Olive Oil


    6. Whip mixture thoroughly.
    7. Drop in Romaine Leaves and mix with dressing.


    8. Squeeze the lemon through a cheesecloth or cloth napkin.


    9. Toss Salad


    10. Add Romano cheese and sprinkle it over salad and mix thoroughly.


    11. Add Croutons and toss again.


    12. Serve on chilled plates and serve with fresh pepper.
