    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c diced red pepper
    1/2 c diced green pepper
    1/2 c diced celery
    1/2 c diced red onion
    1/4 c diced carrots
    1/4 c sliced black olives
    1 c Italian dressing
    8oz sautéed baby shrimp, chilled
    1 lb Campanelle pasta, cooked and rinsed in cold water
    1 c shredded Parmesan cheese

    Italian Dressing:
    1/3 c balsamic vinegar
    2/3 c olive oil
    1 t black pepper
    1 t oregano
    1 t minced garlic
    1 t fresh basil
    1/2 t crushed red pepper

    Sautéed Shrimp:

    1 t butter and olive oil
    1 t garlic
    1 pinch black pepper
    1 pinch oregano
    1 pinch basil
    1 pinch crushed red pepper
    2oz brandy

    Recipe



    Whisk together ingredients for Italian dressing; set aside. Melt butter and olive oil. Add shrimp and spices and cook 2 minutes. Add brandy and flame. Cook a few more minutes until done; let cool. In large bowl, toss together red pepper, green pepper, celery, onion, and olives. Toss in pasta and dressing. Add shrimp. Add Parmesan cheese, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
