    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1/2 cup carrots, shredded
    1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 1/2 Tbs. cider vinegar

    Recipe



    In large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In small bowl, combine cream,
    sugar and vinegar; stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over cabbage and toss
    until well coated. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
