    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 can (4-oz.) OLD EL PASO chopped green chilies
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 T. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. sugar

    Recipe



    Combine cabbage, green chilies and onion. Pour lemon juice over and toss. Season with the salt and celery seed. Make a dressing with the vinegar, water, olive oil, and sugar. Pour over salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 6 servings.

    Make dressing ahead of time. Let set in refrigerator to blend seasonings.
