List of Ingredients
750 ml cabbage, shredded 3 cup
125 ml raisins 1/2 cup
125 ml carrots, shredded 1/2 cup
50 ml green onions, sliced 1/4 cup
- DRESSING -
75 ml plain yogurt 1/3 cup
15 ml mayonnaise 1 tbsp
5 ml dijon mustard 1 tsp
1 ml dill weed 1/4 tsp
- salt & pepper to taste Recipe
In a large bowl; combine cabbage, raisins, carrots and onions.
DRESSING: In a small bowl, add yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and dill weed. Blend well.
Pour dressing over salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss and serve.
