List of Ingredients
2 Pounds pecans
6 egg whites
2 Cups sugar
1 Cup water
2 Tablespoons powdered jalapeño dust
2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 Pinch(es) saltRecipe
1. Whip egg whites in blender. Add sugar and blend. Add pinch of salt. Add jalapeño dust and cayenne pepper. Blend.
2. Mix with pecans. Cover a cookie sheet with foil. Spread mixture over cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown in pre-heated 325 degree oven.
3. Remove and cool. Bust up the stuff.
