Charred Creole Ranch Dressing

List of Ingredients
# 1 Red Bell Pepper, charred
# 4 each Roma Tomatoes, charred
# 3 each onions, charred
# 2 each Serrano peppers, charred
# 2 tsp garlic
# 2 cups mayonnaise
# 2 cups sour cream
# 1 tsp cracked black pepper
# 1 ½ tsp salt
# 3 tsp sugar
# 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
# 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
# cayenne pepper to taste (optional)Recipe
Combine all ingredients in blender/food processor. Blend. Cover and chill to serve. Makes a great dressing or as a substitute for remoulade sauce for seafood.
