Chef Anthony Bonett's Hoagie Salad

List of Ingredients
1 clove garlic
1 large head of romaine lettuce, washed and roughly chopped
2 plum tomatoes, large diced
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
8 to 10 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
8 slices of Genoa salami, julienne
8 slices pepperoni, julienne
8 slices smoked ham, julienne
8 slices American cheese, julienne
8 slices provolone, julienne
1/4 cup black/green olives, mixed to taste
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Salt
Cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon oreganoRecipe
Rub salad bowl with clove of garlic. Toss lettuce, tomatoes, onion, peppers, salami, pepperoni, ham, cheese and olives together with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Serve with crusty bread. Serves 4.
