Croatian Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
5 pounds baking potatoes, baked, peeled, cut into medium-size slices and cooled
1 medium-size green bell pepper, cored and finely chopped
1 medium-size red bell pepper, cored and finely chopped
1 medium-size yellow bell pepper, cored and finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 ounces Rupena's Beef Seasoning (see note)
1 tablespoon sugar
Recipe
In large bowl, combine all ingredients with clean hands, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix or potatoes will break apart. Makes about 5 pounds.
