Ducibella Pasta Salad

16 oz Anthony's Tortiglioni
1 1/2 cups provolone or smoked gouda cheese, shredded
1/2 cup romano cheese, shredded
1/2 lb cappicolla ham, cut into strips
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
3/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted & chopped
3 roma tomatoes, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Toss pasta in mixing bowl with all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve. This recipe also works well with large shells, medium shells, ziti, mafalda or garden rotini.
