1 Oz. Tarragon
1 Oz. Parsley tops
6 Oz. Spinach
1 Oz. Chervil tops
1 Tbsp. Shallots
1 Tbsp. Garlic
½ Cup Lemon juice
1 Oz. Anchovies
½ Cup Canola oil
1 Cup Low fat plain yogurt

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve chilled over mixed greens. Yield 6 cups.
