1 lb bacon
1 each shallots
2 Tbsp honey
1 C olive oil blend
¾ C red mine vinegar
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp black pepper
Recipe
1. Cook bacon down render fat when just about cooked off.
2. Add shallots simmer for 2-3 minutes and turn heat off.
3. Add the honey, oil, vinegar and pepper.
4. Salt top taste.
