Hot Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
# 5 cups chopped chicken
# 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
# 1 1/2 - 2 cups cooked rice
# 1 teaspoon chopped onion
# 2 5oz. Cans water chestnuts, drained and chopped
# 1 teaspoon lemon juice
# 3/4 cup mayonnaise
# 1 10 oz. Can cream of chicken soup
# 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflake
# 1/4 cup melted butterRecipe
1. Mix first 8 ingredients in bowl
2. Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish
3. Top with cornflakes and melted butter
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
