    3 tablespoons Little River Inn Mustard
    2 tablespoon cilantro -- chopped
    2 cloves garlic -- minced
    3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice -- fresh
    12 drops Tabasco sauce
    dash salt
    dash black pepper -- fresh ground
    2/3 cup olive oil
    1 teaspoon sugar
