The Kitchen at Johnsonville Sausage
List of Ingredients
16 oz. chicken breast boneless and skinless, julienne sliced
16 oz. Johnsonville Italian Sausage, cooked and 1/4 inch bias sliced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh gralic
6 oz. Italian dressing
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
4 green onions, sliced
4 oz. Parmesan cheese, fresh shredded
1-2 heads of romaine lettuce washed and torn
Recipe
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for a minimum of two hours. In a skillet saute chicken and marinate in olive oil and garlic on medium to high heat about 3 to 4 minutes. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and Johnsonville Italian Saussage and saute for an additional 3 minutes until product is hot.
Place over a bed of lettuce and top with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
