Psychedelic Lentil Salad

List of Ingredients
½ cup red lentils
1-cup water
½ cup sugar
½ cup wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
1 tea. Salt
½ tea. Celery salt
2cups boiled chickpeas
1-15oz can French style green beans drained
1-15oz can dark kidney beans drained
1 sm green & red pepper seeded & diced
¼ cup chopped onion. Recipe
In a Small saucepan, combine lentils and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 6-12 minutes. Drain. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, and celery salt until well blended. Toss all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours or more to allow the flavors to blend.
