List of Ingredients
* Iceberg lettuce
* Light olive oil (extra-virgin), to taste
* Lemon juice, to taste
* Dried mint, to taste
* Salt, to taste
* Tomato wedges
* Greek olives
* Pita breadRecipe
Into a large bowl, break up the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle a light olive oil over the lettuce.
Squeeze lemon juice over all, and sprinkle with dried mint and salt. Hand-toss and serve on individual plates.
Serve with a couple of tomato wedges, a Greek olive or two and pita bread.
