Sour Cream Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
* 4 pounds small red potatoes, boiled until tender and drained
* 2 cups sour cream
* 1/2 cup red onion, minced
* 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, minced
* 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
* 2 tablespoons dried dill
* Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, breaking up the larger potatoes a little with a spoon.
2. Season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Serves 8 or more
