    (5.45 oz.) dried tomato couscous
    1 Hormel Chunk Breast of chicken or Chunk Ham, drained and flaked
    1 medium tomato chopped
    1 cup whole kernal cor
    1 cup sliced ripe olives
    2 green onions sliced
    4 ozs. Monterey Jack cheese cut into small pieces
    1 cup salsa

    For garnish...pita bread cut into wedges and toasted

    Prepare couscous according to package directions. Toss with remaining ingredients..Chill for 1 hour, if desired, garnish with pita bread wedges.
