Tainted Evidence Salad

List of Ingredients
1 small head of lettuce
12oz. can asparagus spears (or 8 - 4" spears of fresh asparagus)
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
4oz. cooked ham
4 pineapple rings
8 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tomatoes
2 eggs, hard boiled
small bunch parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. Under The Influence Tomatillo Sauce
Recipe
Chop the tomatoes, slice the boiled eggs and chop the parsley to make the garnish. Drain and chop asparagus and place in mixing bowl. Dice the ham. Chop the pineapple rings. Add both to asparagus and mix together well. Place lettuce in the bottom of individual glasses. Divide asparagus mixture evenly between them. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Cayenne and Under the Influence Tomatillo Sauce. Divide dressing evenly between glasses. Top with prepared garnish. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
