List of Ingredients
1 tsp basil, chopped
1 tsp parsley, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 oz sugar
1 tsp Sriracha
1 cup julienne red bell pepper
2 tomatoes, chopped
baby greens
salt and pepper to taste
1 12 oz New York Strip cooked medium
1/4 cup chopped cashews
Recipe
Combine basil, parsley, oil, ginger, vinegar, sugar and Sriracha in a mixing bowl. Add red bell peppers, tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Place greens on plate. Slice steak and arrange on greens. Place dressing on top and garnish with cashews.
