    3 cups chicken breast, cooked and cubed
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1 8oz can of water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 1/2 cups diced Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 cups green grapes, cut in half

    DRESSING

    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 TBS lemon juice

    In a mixing bowl....whisk together the Mayo, salt, poultry seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and lemon juice..Set aside

    In a different bowl...toss together the chicken, celery, green onions, water chestnuts, cheese and grapes. Add mayonnaise mixture and stir it up really well so the whole salad is covered with the dressing. Serve on bread as a sandwich or place on top of a lettuce leaf and eat it like a salad. I think you will enjoy this one.
