    1/4 cup fresh diced tomato
    1 tablespoon diced cucumber
    2 tablespoons diced yellow onion
    1 pinch finely minced jalapeno
    1/4 cup diced pineapple
    2 tablespoons diced green bell pepper
    2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
    1/4 teaspoon coarsely chopped cilantro
    1 pinch cumin
    1/4 teaspoon fresh lime juice
