Fresh Amish Heirloom Tomato Salsa

4 lg. Amish paste tomatoes
1/4 C. onion, chopped
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 T. fresh oregano, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp. habanero minced
1 T. olive oil
2 tsp. lime juice
salt to taste
Recipe
Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise & remove seeds. Cut halves into 1/4-in. pieces and place in mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and cover loosely. Let stand at room temperature for 4 hrs. beforeserving.
Makes about 5 cups.
