List of Ingredients
� 4 medium tomatoes, finely chopped (3 cups)
� 1/2 medium cucumber, finely chopped (1 cup)
� 1 medium red onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
� 1/2 medium yellow sweet pepper, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
� 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
� 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
� 2 teaspoons olive oil
� 1/2 teaspoon salt
� 1/4 teaspoon sugar
� 1 - 2 small serrano chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
� 2 cloves garlic, minced
� 1 bag Tortilla chips
Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients except chips in a bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days before serving.
2. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 4 cups (sixteen 1/4-cup servings).
