    # 4 ea Mint Leaves, Minced
    # 1 tsp Cilantro, Minced
    # dash Black Pepper
    # 4 Tbls Maui Pineapple, Minced
    # 1 Tbls Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
    # 1 Tbls Sweet Thick Soy Sauce
    # ¼ cup Green Onion, Minced
    # 1 Tbls Plum Sauce

    OPTIONAL: 1/8 tsp Hawaiian Chili Pepper, Minced (or red chili flakes)

    Mix together all items and serve with Kalua Pig Spring Rolls.
