Mike's Firey Hot Salsa

List of Ingredients
1/2 c. Celery, sliced
1/2 c. Yellow Onion, chopped
1 med. can chopped Tomatoes (Best if you chop your own)
1 med. can Hot Green Chilies
1/2 c. water
1 sm. can Tomato Paste
1/8 c. Fresh Chopped Cilantro Pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
4-5 Jalepeno Peppers, chopped (mild or hot)
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
salt to taste
pinch Olive OilRecipe
Add a pinch of Olive Oil to the celery and onions and fry about 5-10 minutes until onions are clear. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, water and green chilies and simmer. Add dried and chopped spices. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Rapidly chill. Best served with side of refried beans.
